Rental Rules
Sobriety Requirement: The Designated Operator agrees to remain completely free of alcohol and drugs at all times.
Prohibited Substances: Illegal substances and underage drinking are strictly prohibited.
Activity Restrictions: Towing, tubing, and water skiing are not allowed. Bow-riding is extremely dangerous and illegal.
The Vessel May Not Be Operated outside the Approved Area. A map of the Approved Area will be on the vessel.
Safety Guidelines

Jumping from the boat is prohibited; please use the ladder for entering and exiting the water.

Do not enter the water without a life jacket on and engine turned off.

Always remain seated while the boat is in motion.

Absolutely no sitting on the bow, sides or stern.

Always attach the engine shut-off cord/lanyard to the DO and conduct a head count before starting the engine.

Always keep fingers free from gates when entering/exiting the boat.

Always keep gates closed at all times when the engine is running.

Maintain a safe distance from other boats, objects and people.

Maintain safe speed/monitor surrounding/drive defensively/no aggressive maneuvers. Boats do not have brakes – stopping the engine will not stop the boat.

Slow to idle in No Wake Zones.

Always anchor from the front of the boat. Clean anchor before stowing.

Always put Bimini top down in the event of high winds – you are responsible for all damages.

Raise and retract ladder before starting engine.

The use of grills or any other cooking devices on the boat is not permitted.

If You Run Aground, first trim engine up and push boat back into deeper water. Do not try to power boat out.
